can chinese chars meet euro chars?
like if i make a new euro char (when the add them) can i still meet my old friends

can the 1st book of strong bow stun or is it just the high lvl books with the new skill?

As euro can meet chinese, so as you move across the map mob levels will go from low to high, then back to low?
