Attribute assimilation - will ruby stones only assimilate white stats, and jade only assimilate blues?

Coz i got a shield with BR19, but no blues, and I'd like to add blues, but i dont want to risk reducing that shiny shiny BR.

help the noob :D

every stone can change any kind of stat (blue and white) but some are known to change more often like BR or crit and mag/phy attck.

PS: I should go for it tho, I rather have a BR 15/16/17 shield with nice blues than a clean BR 19 shield (while, I would if I only would use if when i'm KD-ed)

I'd go for it, but don't try turning it full blue, that's sure to change it's BR. Try adding a couple stats but don't overdo it, or your shield will become useless.

Yep, any stone that you use (aside from the 0% steady, lucky, astral, immortal), whether 5% or 35%, will have a chance in assimilating any other stat, whether its blue or white.

In a situation you are in now, most people tend to only use 10% stones cause it makes them feel better with the lower assimilation chance. Truth being, its really all the same chance. Ive had a 5% str stone assimilate my crit on an old 68 bow from +90% - +0% :banghead:
