repair invalid

does it mean that once the durability hits 0 its useless?? or does it mean that it will never hit 0??

Once the durability hits 0, you can't use it at all. But it does have 400% durability, so you can using it longer.

A repair-invalid weapon is pretty much worthless beforehand.

Pretty much. Only practical use for repair invalid items is for murderer since you can put those on and not be too concerned about getting killed and losing an equipment drop. Also the ability to laugh at someone if they kill you to find they got a repair invalid equipment peice.
