its pk2 editing, there are several guides here on it.
also, only you can see the final edit

The SS was taken, most likely, before the update that replaced those naked clothes with the D1 Garment underneath. It's not PK2 editing, because, if you look at the date, although it certainly was probably already discovered by someone, it wasn't as big of a "hit" as it was now.
Point being, a long, long, long time ago, if you took off all your clothes, that would be underneath. But since then, it's been patched.

Probably.
It was more than that, though, once, if I remember correctly - you could take the... female undergarment topwear off as well.
Or the SS I'm thinking of is probably in another version.

but that pic was from just after an update where something went wrong and you could see that when you took everything off.
but the people made stall like: sex for gold and stuff (while they were stalling naked) so JM replaced that shit.

I don't understand why the GMs took it off (complete nudity being cancelled, like zombie girl's, is understandable, but the rest isn't). I mean, most of the other MMORPGs have girls in bras and panties when they're not wearing anything. It's nothing new, really. I mean, just look at Lineage II or GuildWars.
