Is there such a thing, where you stand in a special spot while using alchemy and it increases your luck in giving +'s and blues?

My friend sayd his guild was talking about it, although I think their kind of stupid but is there such a thing?

if you believe in em, then they exist.

if you dont believe in em, then they dont.

The area where you start out in jangan (well, some people start right by south gate) is where a guy got his sosun +10 blade to +11, I believe he also got it from +9 to +10 there as well.

From the moment I saw that: I do all alchemy there. Hasn't failed yet.
