green/blue/orange/red glow on high level shield?

Last night I logged on to iSRO to check for any deals and I saw a high level carrying a shield that glowed from green to blue (like +9) to orange to red (kind of like +7, but more red)(Unfortunately, I didn't get any screen shots or video of it). I thought that any + higher than +9 was still the same at +9. Now, I have not nor do I know how to pk2 edit and I was under the impression that all pk2 editing was client side only (only the person who did the pk2 editing could see it in game). It there a + that has a green>blue>orange>red glow?

sounds a bit like the shield i saw on youtube once. think it was +11.
not sure so dont blame me if im wrong xD

@cin, it's not +11.
That one dude has sosun+11 blade and it's still like a +9 glow.
I'd say it must be +13 or higher.

Is that the glow you were talking about, as I watched it went from that color to blue and to a pink shade
