what is attack rating for?

Attack rating improves the posibility of dealing higher damage...
lets say u can deal 150-200 damage.. with higher Attack rating u have higher posibilities of giving 200 damage on your attacks...
so higher Attack Rating = Higher damage....

I guess its not very clear but im sure Cin or Shadowman will come soon to make it clear enough... :D :roll:
