attacking from ontop of a transport

I was helping out a trader the other day with a thief that he way attacking and they started attacking from on top of their transport. can this only be done with higher levels? I am currently lvl 22 pacific

The trader had a bow dont know what level he was but the thief was red to me. he seemed to stand on the transport and get off about 5-6 shots before he got off, to kill the thief with his glaive. he was making a run from jan to dw. thanked me for helping him kill the thief. I helped him for about 2-3 more plus some aggressives then went on my way.

i've seen it b4. i was at the east ferry grinding on chajki's saw a theif fighting a npc theif while on his transport. took a few screenies might not have them anymore... i'll try and dig one up.

thats cool I wish I could kill people on transports
joymax should make a skill so they let you fight on horses
that would be cool

but that'd be too cheap.
U could run around in pvp or a guildwar with transport and attk enemies while they can barely hit u

Actually it's not that much of a bad idea. Maybe they should make a new type of horses - battle horse
They could charge and do more damage but then they couldn't attack for a while (you charge PAST a person, not stop on him). Plus on a horse you can't use weapon skills lol.
By the way, according to logic, people should be able to shoot with a bow while Riding an Ox...
