I think to use tabs, u need to buy elements to make it turn into stones. But what do the levels next to the tabs mean?

level 1 tabs are for 1st degree items
level 2 tabs are for 2nd degree items
etc
and you can either buy elements or make them by destroying items with
rondo's you can buy at the npc that sells jewelry and stuffs
