need clothes help

im a lvl 30 all int build s/s build and would liek to know if garments would be better than armor or if protector is better if someone can help then thanks 
pure int s/s is tricky imo. depends on what quality the gear is too.
for pvp id say take armor to be harder to kill for pure str builds.
for pve id say take garments since you will most likely do enough damage
to not take too many hits from mobs.
but like i said before, it depends on the gears quality.
full sosun garments > full +5 armor set. lol
