what is the best time / level to buy a wolf either through the item mall or NPC

would it be a good idea to farm with a wolf?

Buy it when you have the mil to cover it and enough left over for pots. Wolf will level up fast if you are high level but also mobs will kill it unless you take it somewhere safe....

I bought one in my mid-20s level and he is a good grinding partner helping me two hits mobs instead of 3, plus I can hit one and move on to the next while he finishs it off.

i would wait, if u buy a wolf for 1 mil, u only have 100k left, and if the wolf dies, you'll need 50k for reviving, so u only have 50k left, pots are expensive when u only got 50k.

i guess your right.

i should say 1.5mil or more

wolves were the reason for my poorness back in the noob times
id wait until u got around 4 mil steady
