So... this guy comes up to me and kills me on Silkroad. He's clearly quite a high level and his name is red (so I assume he was already a wanted).
What I want to know is, what happens to him when he gets caught?
Wanteds?

A wanted person (thief) does not get caught. It means that they can be killed by a hunter (maybe anyone) even if not in a job suit.
+ 0.5
The wanted symbol (exclamation mark) is only visible by those in a hunter suit. They somewhat get "caught". If killed by a hunter, the hunter gets a large hunter exp bonus (~30k hunter points) and the thief has to then pay a fine (~250k i think).

Murderers have a red name to everyone. Meaning that anyone can try and kill them. Everytime you murder, you get a certain number of points (1200 being the lowest you can get per kill i believe). Once you are murderer, you cannot use a transport (horse), teleport between towns, and while inside the city limits, you receive damage. The only options to get rid of murder status is to Die, or grind. Dying is the fastest way to get rid of murder, but you lose exp and sp everytime you die, and if you have anything equipped or in your inventory, you have a greater chance of dropping it. Grinding mobs also takes your point total down. A different amount of points is deducted depending on what you grind (blue, green, white, orange, red). White and below take off 1 point per kill, orange can be 2 per kill, and red can be 5 per kill...or thereabouts.
