when u hav blocking ration attribute on ur weapon does it increase ur blocking ratio if u only have a shield?
what effect does it increase if a glavie / spear have blocking ratio on it?

higher the blockin ratio on weapons, lower the chance your opponent blocks your attack
higher the blockin ratio on shields, higher the chance you block your opponents attack
higher the crit on weapon, higher the chance you crit a hit on your opponent
higher the crit on shield, lower the chance your opponent crits a hit on you
