Can anyone please explain me?
How can I do them and are they only for masters?

Where did you "find out" that there are guild quests?
I dont think they exist
And if I dont understand you, use the actual term of what you want answered

When you are in game press H-->Guild system-->Guild growing.
There read about it.

u mean goin to the npc with money to upgrade guild level

I don't know what is that, but in text (H-->Guild system-->Guild growing) is saying something about guild quests. Please read it.

Not implimented yet amongst other things in the help menu. I read of there being some quest update where there will be more variety in questing, as in you can help someone in your party get quest items or quests where you have to get a certain mob from X location to Y location but i havn't been able to find the link to that.
