how can u change the camera angle. For example: to fix it behind character.

hold right mouse click, then move mouse.

but a while back, you could like fix it behind the character and u dont need to use ur mouse =(

as soon as i get in-game i will try it out, but i dont know that. yet.

I can't get into the game =( It says cannot connect to server due to server traffic after I type all the numbers and letters that are shown in the picture and confirm. Then it says "disconnected from server" after it says cannot connect due to server traffic.
Im sad.

It's somewhere in the options menu.

Click F9, until u find the right camera angle, there are only 3 camera angles so if you want to change it back jus click F9 again and find the one u used before.

just press F9 to switch between 3 differenct angles.
1. fix behind character. you can use the arrow keys to move left and right with camara been behind you.
2. i think is fix at a high angle and you can use the mouse to move camara up and down.
3. is Free modes (not sure is that is the name) but you can use the mouse to move camara in any angle. (best choice for me since i have complete control over the camara angle.)
