Farming

A quick question since im still pretty new to this game, im going for pure strength glavie. I have around 20k sp and i was wondering if its time to stop yet? I was thinking of continuing on with the game and farm at level 32 or 42?
Also, would it be a bad idea to get a sox bow if i do decide to continue farming right now because i dont want to raise my masteries for bow. Thanks in advance for all the help.

if you are not bored of it yet, i would go on with farming if i were you. the
more sp you get at this level, the less irritated you will be by not being able
to upgrade yous skills. i think 15-20k is enough to get to 3x and farm again,
but i recommend you to continue farming if you still want to

if you continue farming and can afford a good bow, get it. raising your bow
masteries to level 7 for the farming on 16 is easy to delevel in the end, and you dont even have to delevel em. 7 mastery lvls is almost no sp so almost no
waste either.

as cin said...but i just wanna add a little. If you farm ~50k you can make it to 43 getting all necessary skills....what i mean is farm 50k then level with no gap so you should have a little more than 50k. When you hit 52 you should be ready to farm penon/hashade (depending on build). This is a great place to farm as you will earn alot of money. If i were you i would go this route. Getting an sos bow is not crucial but if you continue to farm at 16 an sos bow is very helpful.

and sox bow lvl 16 is a good investment, almost everybody is looking for them. and as long as u pick up ur drops (or have a grabber), by the them ur sick of farming, you can sell ur sox bow and have enuf funds to buy sos 24 & 32.

sox bow is a good investment, but you need to invest
a lot of money in
them. a "simple" sos+3 with some str and int wont make you 1 hit archers
unless you once were 2x and deleveled all the way to 16.
for efficient farming you need a
good sox bow and clothing with a lot
of str and int on em. otherwise you still take 2-3 hits for bandit archers and
still take a long time farming. if you cant afford farming at 16, it might be
better to save money for farming on higher levels.

Your build determines how much Sp you will need. Do you have your build planned out?
Like everyone else said if you want to farm at 16 get the bow it is absolutly worth it.
I have never farmed a glavie at high lvl but around lvl 30 you get a ranged skill which should help you. Meaning that to use the skill you would have to be at 42 with a 9 gap.
If you lvl lightning high enough you will also get phantom and high grass walk which speeds up farming as well.
When i planned out my glavie character I was going to farm 40k at the den and then lvl with a 2gap. That would take me to 70 with 2.25 skill trees. Meaning not fully farmed, but not incompetent either with a reasonable gap.
