When you level up, u gain stat points. Lets say u use them all up. But then, u delevel. Will u lose these stats points? And from that level, if u level up again, will u gain extra stat points?

when you died the stat points stay with you. when you lvl up again you cant put anymore stat points since you already did before.

so if u level to 17, and put stats points, and delevel to 16, ull be like a level 17.

Sort of, but let's say, you have a lvl 24 weapon and delevel to lvl 23, then you won't be able to use your weapon anymore, you would need a lvl 21 weapon or so.

But what about if you de-level before you get the chance to put your points in? So say you just turned level 17 and all of a sudden this freaking unique spawns behind you and you die... going right back to 16. Do you lose the points all together?

I dont think you will loose the stat points if you delvl before you can use them but try it to be sure =P

you keep the stats and don't gain any once you lvl. up

Also make sure you put valuable items in the storage because when you die there is a VERY small chance you will drop an equipment.
just warning you

what about skills, suppose ur are zero gapping and say ur lvl 30, get ur nukes then die and deleveled to 29, can u use ur nukes?
