Why Farm at Level 16?

I was just wondering why level during this stage. Isn't farming at a lower level better? And, is it possible to farm to 100k sp without adding any skills in the skill book?

I am thinking of just farming straight from level 1. And I'm planning to use a blade. I am new to this SP farmining thing and well, I just don't understand what the other threads are saying. Trust me, I have been looking around. I am currently starting a new character which is now at level 7. No skills added.

If you start farming at level 1, you will run around smacking stuff with your blade, no bonus damage from skills, or imbue.

At level 16, you will have level 2 imbue, first skill level 2, and possibly second skill level 1 under weapons tree.

the "hardcore" ppl farm at 16. most of em have a high level char,
so they have the money to buy a SOx bow that is capable of 1 hitting
bandit archers. these bandit archers have the highest spawning rate
and you know that the more kills you make, the more xp and skill xp.

if you farm at 16, you will have your highest mastery level at 9 levels
beneath your char level, that means mastery 7 highest.

if you take blade you will have the most difficulty farming. 1st of all
blade doesnt do that much dmg (yaya if you have a sun or whatever
or on high levels with imbue it does but anyway, for farming on 16
its not the best choice.) i suggest you take a bow to start off with. the
bow skills you use on 16 are easy to delevel on higher levels, so you
can end up a blader anyway. good thing about bow is that you dont
have to walk to every single monster, which saves time, which gives
you quicker xp.

and YES it is possible to farm 100k sp without any skills but it will take
you years or uber gears.and it is no use since on level 16 you can have
your highest mastery (and skills belonging to it) at level 7 and get the
same xp and sp as when the masteries were level 0.

or u can try playing with 2-4 gap, open up when needed, and close with enuf sp for the next few lvls. :D that's how i do them. 7-9 gap from lvl 7 to 26, start closing gap to 2-4. :D

to farm at lvl 16, you must have you masteries at lvl 7 and never lvl them until you finish farming

its an advantage because you get to be 0 gaped till lvl 80 if u full farm at lvl 16. most people will stop lvling at like lvl 52,64,or 72 to start their farm and they will be weak at their lvl and you wont have to be because u are already full farmed ^^

i went for 250k and it worked ^_^

if its ur first char, i wouldnt farm right away because you need a soX bow to be a hardcore farmer.

+1
its true .. so farm at 16 .. or get gang banged (KSED) like me farming at 52 :banghead:

Ok so what do you suggest for a player that is starting a new char and wants to sp farm but is not rich to be a l33t farmer? do u think he should farm like 10k-15k sp at level 16 and keep a level 5 or 6 gap all the way?

I btw am also starting a new char and I aint that rich so I was wondering if I should jus farm some sp at level 16 and keep a 5 or 6 gap all the way threw?

Killage, I'm not a rich 1337 farmer, but I made a new character, used some sp calculators, and figured out how much SP I would need to get my skills to 41, which there I would farm again, with more skills and possibly better skills.

I need 30k, so I'll farm 28k, and get the rest from grinding and quests.

Unless I get hella lucky and find a sos bow, I'll be using a level 16 bow, and a few blues. But i'll be adding blues to all my gear.

I find it boreing farming at lvl16. the drop rate suk and u get ksing everywhere. Imagine farming there for months?? I have a som+5 full blues bow and it's one hit kill with GT, and still hated farming there. I find farming at lvl 24,42,52,etc is better. just farm 10-20k at bandit, 50k at 42, 100k at 52, etc. it's better...just my opionion so don't flame me:D
