I would say around 60+ to.. My highest char is 54 and i dont feel high lvl because i get pwned very easy. ^^

30 is also the level when nukers feel strong

Anyone who gets less than 50 or 100 damage with my nuke is considered a high lvl for me.. cauz i cant kill him/her even if i try to

I think when you reach 40lv you are not animore nob!! you are thast player! bat hight lv is when you rech 60lv =)

I think 1 - 39 = newbie, 40 - 60 = general players, 60 - cap = high lvls

Agreed. To me when i hit 40 i was able to actually job decently well.

What is a high lvl?
