nop
u cant learn all u have mastery lvl of 300 if u check
so saying sp is unlimited but once u fill 300/300 mastery u can only build sp not get any more skills so choose wisely ^^

yes, but you can only learn skill on max 300 so learn usefull skill books only that u need..

not entirely, u dont add the level of the skill u add the level of the mastery because 80+80+69=229 and then you will only have 71 mastery level left so u can get cold up to 69 for buffs

okay what if i max out 300/300 of my skills and i relearn my skill which is one of the quest i will be able to learn another right? sorry im new to this games. thanks for the info though guys.

Yes, u can delevel ur masteries anytime. But u need to talk to NPC Herbalist on any town .. get the relocation quest .. u need to collect 10 Curse Hearts .. dropped by any monster once when the quest is active ....
For delevelling masteries, its gonna cost gold .. and based on ur lvl .. its gonna cost hella lot of money ..
Eg -
At 42 deleveled my mastery from 40 to 33 - costed 800K
At 52 deleveled my mastery from 50 to 43 - costed 1.1kk
By te way, the cost varies, depends on what skills u have ^^

EDIT 1 - Forgot to mention, u gotta be lvl 20 to get the quest
