I have posted this somewhere but i new help contacting Joymax.

I want to contact joymax to get my account back. i just find out that i'm ban because it say i have been using illegal programs. i have NEVER in my life used a bot and don't even know how to use one.
i wen't to silkroadonline.net and try to reported it but my account is block so i can't do anything. please help me contact Joymax so i can get my account back. i don't know how joymax detect bots but i'm very disappointed that they ban me for thinking that i have been using a bot or (illegal program)

rofl i dont think they will pay attention to another person that
sais he didnt use bots. if you did it or not, you will not get your account
back with contacting them. better start over.

are you serious, i spent month lvl. up legally and i'm close to lvl. 30 and i can't get my account back. is there no way to contact joymax then. i don't know how they detect bots but i have NOT ever used one. they should ban bot user not those that spent month lvl. up legally

question then is.. did you buy lots of silk?
most bots buy silk to buy pets and tickets for. thats one of the reasons
they are so lame in banning bots. and you can get 18-20 in a good day,
so 30 can be done within a week.. max 2. if you did months than maybe
its better you get an other build if you start over

and yes i was serious. were you serial in thinking a big ass company
with thousands of players and maybe thousand of botters will do anything
about one player that claims he did not bot? really i dont think you stand a
chance.

no i have never bought any silk..
the last thing i bought was and sos lvl. 29 armor but that was from a stall.
i took month to get to lvl. 30 because i was SP farming for a while.
joymax program to detect bots is really **** because i haven't use a bot. however i do remember that someone in the game (60+ lvl. asked me if i was a bot in the chat and i answer no. don't know if i was reported or something..

Even if i have 0.01% chance of getting my account can someone tell me how to contact Joymax. I been to there website but can't post/report anything.
