u mean like force mastery = 3 and heuskal mastery = 4 so altogether ur mastery lvl is 7?

sorry.. but this is nonsense.. from my experience i can tell you that only the mastery level of the mastery-series are important for that..
means: if you have char-level for instance: 25 and one of your mastery-skills is for instance: 18 ....your gap is 7.. only one mastery (the highest) is important for the calculation
