Error after installing Silkroad

Today I installed Silkroad on my new Computer and after everything was finished with the updates I get the following error
What must i do to fix this Error.

The ???? error is something that you get when the game has crashed, some say its because of old graphics drivers however those who have updated drivers still get the crash, no-one has found a real solution to the problem yet. Some people have said that updating your graphic drivers or DirectX version reduces the frequency of this error.
