Should I add billow and blood chain??
I want to add wolfs thunderbolt and flame-wave arrow 2 at lvl 30 I'm lvl 28 70% now with 272 sp and I do have illusion chain at lvl 9 and sword, fire and lightning are al lvl 25!

should I buy those 2 or w8 a little longer??

Blood chain is useless unless you want to inflict status or something, it just looks cool and costs less mp.
