ksro transformation scrolls question

is it really true that they have scrolls or pots that transform u into monsters or something cause i saw a vid like that (http://youtube.com/watch?v=ytikeeWyCmU)
and if this is true i would like to know wat the advanteges/disadvanteges of this is, and if possible how is it done?
