Shield with 35 ciritical?

today, i found a shield lvl 18 with blue stat 35 ciritical (+ 100%)

so i just wanna to know that what does it mean and is it worth anything?

Critical means that other people are less likely to get a crit on the person using the shield.

at that lvl ? not really, but when you get to higher lvls with crti it will be worth soemthing

if its not a sos/som/sosun on that level im afraid its not
really worth that much. nice though, a 100% blue on that
shield
