i saw some theives w/ transports in hotan picking up stuff. how can you do this?

1. go outside city
2. summon transport
3. dismount
4. walk into city
5. restart silkroad

I've done it in DW before, so i dont see why it owuldnt work in Hotan

of course the more people that know about it, the more people will do it. Then it won't be special anymore. Traders don't seem to leave their stuff in town too much anymore
