I'm currently level 23 with 91 STR and 59 INT. I'm adding all the SP I get from now on to STR. I'm not sure what I should wear, but I know it's either Protector or Garments. Can you guys give me some suggestions for what I should wear ? Thanks.

Well
INT = ARMOR
STR= GARMENTS
HYBRID = PROTECTOR
and as for your build i would say to use protectors

1st - 3rd --> Armor
4th - 5th --> Garment
5th - 7th --> Armor
7th - 8th --> whatever helps you survive longest
I say this because most monsters from lvl 1-30 are str based. So, use armor until you have to fight Earth Taoists (lvl30 or so). At that time, you fight monsters like Taoists, Magicians, Gunpowder, Scorpions, Bandit Archers and others that use magic in their attacks - making garment a better choice. Then, once you're at about lvl42 you grind on Bunwangs, Flowers, Ujigi, and Mugigi - all str based monsters, so switch to armor. Once you get to 7th degree items, there's a choice to be made. At that point you choose whatever makes you survive longest in PVP.

i think garments work well on your build if u gonna add only str from then on.....20% increase in speed and 20% reduce MP usage

not necessarily. I mean you can but if you are just monster grinding (and don't really care about pvp) you can wear whatever armor that allots you the least amount of damage.

Why not? Monsters are what you fight in this game. Most of your time is spent PVE, so why not take advantage of your gear?
Why would I want to take 100dmg from an Earth Taoist in armor when I can lower it to 30 in garment? Why would I want to take 900dmg from a Mujigi in garment when I can lower it to 700 in armor?
