npc stall/storage won't close

does this happen to anyone...sometimes the stall refuses to respond...and i can't get out or buy anything ...it sucks anyway to fix this?
i sometimes have lag on player stalls aswell.
i blame the lag because of the huge amount
of players on the servers.. like always.
