Anyone knows how to change golden dragon flag into santa set?

Extract Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata\itemdata.txt with ExtractPK2.

Open itemdata.txt in Notepad. Search for ITEM_ETC_E060529_GOLDDRAGONFLAG_M for male flags or ITEM_ETC_E060529_GOLDDRAGONFLAG_F for female flags. Highlight from where it says SN_ITEM_ETC... on to the end of the line. Paste one of these lines over it, depending on what you want:

Male Red:

Female Red:

Male Blue:

Female Blue:

Look a few lines above. You should see something like "ITEM_ETC_E060607_WORLDCUP_G". That's for an event we never had. Look further on in that line for "item\etc\e060607_worldcup_g.ddj". Replace it with "xxx". Save the file as itemdata.mod.

Right click your original extracted itemdata.txt and check it's file size, in bytes.

Open itemdata.mod in HexEdit. Go to the end of the file. Add 00's (null bytes) to the end of the file until you see the file size (displayed in the lower right) matches that of the original. Save itemdata.mod.

Open Media.pk2 in HexEdit. Search in Hexadecimal for:

Place your cursor before the FF found in the result. Go Edit->Paste From... and find your itemdata.mod file. Click paste. Save Media.pk2 and test ingame.

That's about as simple as I can put it. Make sure you back up your PK2 files and all that. Also, any time Joymax updates itemdata.txt your changes will be lost.

lol Notepad is a program which is included in windows, it's the most basic text editor, if you can't find it, use Wordpad, or any text editor you want.

the only editor i have is
Hex editor XVI32


okay let me get this straight

you want me to go to media pk2 then......

I don't mean Hex editor, anything you can open text files on, look in your "Start" menu for programs, you should have at least Notepad and Wordpad if you have windows.
