Im lvl 20 i need help in qust

i need to "collect sloten sword"
where i get this???

It's a quest about a sToLen sword and the only thing you have to do: hunt Bandits. One of them will drop it. It may be the first one you kill but it may also be nr 12'342. That's always a surprise...
