How do u de-lvl masteries?

go to any potion merchant in any town. click skill editing and get the reallocation quest
collect curst heart from any monster.
10 curst heart per mastery/skill. but u have to delvl that mastery's skill first to delvl mastery.
go back to potion merchant when u have enough and get reallocation potion.
click skill reallocation and edit your mastery/skills
btw what lvl are u?

you can only de-level when you reach level 20
or unless you buy the potion to de-level if you find someone that is selling it

The reallocation potions either from the item mall, or cursed hearts quest, are not transferrable.

I had no idea that it couldn't be sold (I never try though since i'm lowering my mastery to get a lvl 9 gap)

well, if your skills not Lv64+ then it's waste money to buy reallocation potions(not reffer to those rich people)
