is it the safest + is +4? do i need to put astral and immortal for my +3 equips to make it +4 to prevent not being broken in case my alchemy fails?

Any of those "safety blues" only matter when trying +5 or higher.
Up to +4 you are safe.

if u got +3 and fail u still go to +0 even with astral, only if u already have +4 then try to go to +5, if u fail u stay on +4 if u got astral...
