I'm Lvl. 21, and up till now I had a set of lv 18 or so armor (protector). I sold it all today, with plans to buy a full set of good lv 21 protectors, maybe with really good lv 20's. (blues, +'s, etc.)
I managed to buy a nice bow, glove, and coronet. However, after looking at every stall in Donwhang and every stall in Jangan, and mercilessly spamming for Lvl. 21 Protector, I can't find any of the rest of my desired outfit. How can I acquire my shit?

buy fr NPC then...
it saves ur time checking every single stall and waiting for replies and at lower lvl it realli doesnt matter much wat u weaing ... juz wear NPC stuff and grind...
but rmb not to wear NPC stuff in pvp

I want good armor for my level.

Does anybody have any suggestions about how to acquire this stuff? I still need a protector chest, shoulder, legs, and also 2 rings. (lv 21)
Nobody seems to have any of this.

grind is your friend... most of my best gear I eather found while grinding or did my own alchemy...


PS not all items can be bought/acquired for specific level. In your specific case, this is the list:
Head gear - lvl 21 (NPC lvl 19)
Chest - lvl 21 (NPC lvl 21)
Legs - lvl 20 (NPC lvl 20)
Shoulder - lvl19 (NPC lvl 17)
Hands - 21 (NPC lvl 16)
Foot - 20 (NPC lvl 18)


and, as juntakashi already said, equipment is not that importatn in low lvls (before ~40)

So there aren't any Lvl. 20 or 21 shoulders at all?
