How do you send those yellow messages in the chat box that everyone can see in the same server?

You can buy the Global Chat in the Item Mall for Real Money
You buy it in sets of 11 and you use one for a Chat Sentence

or you can get a few monster scrolls/pandoras boxes and hope the mobs would drop them. i got 2 from them.

what are you talking about you cant Get Global in the game from Monster Drops

acementor, dont say stuff you dont know, if you use a monster summon scroll or a pandora box, the monsters that spawn have a chance of dropping
