White item ---> Blue item ???

If i try to add any Alchemy enchants on a white item will it turn blue? For example i try adding str/int on a white item will it work? Or maybe even turn blue?

yes you can do alchemy on a white item and then (if success) it will become blue

Making an item "blue" doesn't really do anything for the item. It just means it has some extra stat or effect added on. A blue item may actually be worth not as much as a white item of the same kind. You have to also consider the stats and such. When picking up drops from monsters, some people only go for "blue" items. However, I find many white items have awesome crits/BRs or even plusses. I have this level 10 bow that has +7 on it from a drop. I use that when I delevel to 15 for farming. (I delevel just enough to get to level 15 from 16. This is just to get as much out of 16 as possible
