err whats a botter????

ive been playing SRO for about a month and i still dont know what a botter is

A botter is someone who uses a third party program to play the game for them.

These third party programs are called "bots" because they are automated in everything they do. Therefore someone who uses them are called "botters."

[edit]How to spot a bot:

1)Usually, glaviers that use no imbue are bots. They sit there and hack at monsters mindlessly (as if there was no real person controlling the character)
2)Most bots will not ks you. If you're on a giant and a bot is zerked, the bot will most likely get off of the giant or run back and forth between the giant and other monsters. No real human would do such illogical actions.
3)If you continuously freeze someone and they don't respond, they're a bot. Use caution! If you mistake a real person for a bot, people will attempt kill you as soon as your name turns pink from freezing them. So only freeze people you know can't kill you.
4)If a character seems to target monsters and drops with lightning speed, they're probably a bot. Caution! Some people just grind hard and fast. But most of the time, its a bot.

Ya those "protecter ball things" are anti botters apparently but they work best against Noobs. muhahahaha
