how do u get the break heaven arrow series?

i dotn get it how do u get the break heaven arrow series and others like explosion series strong bow series and concentration series?

start leveling up pacheon
you need to reach certain levels of that mastery to be able to unlock the different skills

Yes they are the ones you cannot get yet.

u need to be a high enough lvl to get them (drag ur mouse over the book thats not visible and u willl see what mastery lvl u need) if you are lvl 14 then
u can have ur mastery to lvl 14 if your mastery isnt high enough but your level is, you still cant get it
