Guildwar Contribution Points

How do contribution points get calculated in Guildwar?

Is it by each kill?

or it by the amount of damage? (like u & ur guildmate attack the same guy but he gets the last hit but did all the damage but didn't get the kill, will u get the points too or just him?)

Or the Level of the players you killed (like more points if u kill someone who is higher or same lvl, & less points for lower levels)

i think it depends the lvl of the player you kill. for example if lvl 80 kills a lvl 20 he wont ge tmuch points, but if a lvl 20 kill a lvl 25 (example) he'll get more points
