I manage got kSro account from one guy,but i cant install kSRO client,so no kSro for me lol
.
Now you cant make new accounts if you not Korean or dont know someone that can give you what you need.
Dont even try it you cant make it !

Firstly, the Korean SRO takes about 20 hours to download because its coming all the way from Korea.
And to make a Korean SRO account, you need to have a security number. Its like the US social security where each person gets a number, same with Korea.
To make a KSRO account, you need that number and unless you are not a Korean citizen you can't get it.
The only way we could get a KSRO account is by getting one from a Korean friend or something
