Jsro update problem

hi i have a problem when starting update in jsro launcher it comes to some random % and then i get error like:?????[4]???
Plz help i want to play

i don't live in japan but i geting crazy with Isro crowded servers and lag.
also i know some of my friends are plaing Jsro and don't have any problems with plaing.
P.S.still did't found a way to solve my prob help

Please install Japanese language packs. Then get that message again in Japanese letters. Then I can figure out whats wrong ^^

BTW if anyone can help me find another SRO server to play on without lags and crowded servers i will be very thanksfull

If you have full install of Windows XP (Or not you'll need the CD)

Start -> Control Panel -> Date, Time, Language and Regional Options
-> Regional and Language Options

Check "Languages" Tab, makes sure you have 2nd check box on (Install Files for East Asian Languages)

Go to Advanced Tab, choose Japanese from the Dropbox.

Your computer should now be able to see the Japanese characters on jSRO.

i didn't found the answer to my problem but 1 thing helped me very mutch
i burned my friend's fully updated SRO client folder and overwrited it with mine now it works fine
