lvling questions

When you die and u go down a lv do ur str and int point goe down.

when u lvl back up to that do u get more points

When you delevel you keep the points you put in but when you
level back up you don't get to put them in again. Why many
lvl 16 sp farmers lvl up to 2x then delevel back down to 16.

lol otherwise everybody would go level 1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2 and have level 300 balances before they get to level 3
