how to build a perfect hibrid,

how much stat points should i put where and at what lvl

is it just 1. lvl up 2 str 1 int,2. lvl up 1 str 2 int,or ....

As you level up just take off all your gear and look at your magical balance.
I would say that 85% for sword and 83% naked for spear would be good.
Maybe more str but im not totally sure with spear.

If you mean 70:70 hybrid the distribution of stats in total is 2:3 INT. Figure it out yourself.
