Concentration Book 3 Level 3

Ok i have lightning lvled up to lvl 68 and concentration to book 3 lvl 2 and it gives parry ratio 29 increase.

Someone told me that book 3 lvl 3 also gives 29 pary ratio increase but 30 seconds longer can someone confirm this please.

It is alot of sp to lvl mastry to 69 and add lvl 3 if someone can confirm the parry ratio increase on lvl 3 i would appreciate it.

Yea, It has the same parry ratio and just increases the duration.
