Registering Guild Emblem

When I try to register my guild emblem, it says "You are not qualified to use this item" I have Master of the guild and the icon is in the SRO folder named as guildmark.bmp

is your guild level 3? (or is it 4 I can never remember)

Do you have enough guild points and cash?

The guild is level 3 and yeah I've payed for the emblem scroll. I just read somewhere that it needs to be level 4=/

Yep its lvl 4 guild and from what you said there shouldnt be any other problem just as long as the guild image is 16 x 16 and is saved in 24 bitmap.
