why most of ppl in ksro wearing garment??
if am pure int and added str in my set magic balance will reduce
is that effect ??

Never been in the Ksro realm, so i have no idea. Garment is preferred by lots for grinding because either:
a) The user is a pure str and therefore needs magic defence, and MP reduce due to the lacking of these 2 on a str char. The 20% movement speed is also a great bonus.
b) Int players can usually kill very quickly, therefore the physical defence provided by anything other than garment isnt really necessary. Therefore they can kill quicker with the extra movement speed, as well as grind longer because of the MP reduction.
Adding Int or Str to gear will not negitavely affect balance, only positively effect it.

but i mean why they wear it in pvp
i saw many int/str players wearing garments in pvp and job wars

Well, its really expensive to make 2 sets of pimped 8th degree gear so i assume they pick garment because of the reasons above and just pimp that set.
