What is a CCFer and what do they do?

CCF = Credit Card Fraud.

Basically a ccf'er is somebody that buys silk items such as astral and immortal uses them and the does something called Charge-Back.

This is against the ToS in SRO and will get your account banned, like this :

While this is not a perm ban, it is a ban for 100 years.

(I would like to add this is not my account, it was a hacked account and the guy charged back his $300 worth of silk after he was hacked.)

can they get sued by joymax? and what do astral and immortal do?

I don't know, but as joymax dont have any of your personal details except name and D.O.B - and most are fake - i don't think they would be able too.

Astral and immortal :

Basically are used for making weapons and equiptment +5. When you have gotten your item to +4 add astral and immortal and if it fails it will remain +4 BUT the astral will be gone (not sure if the immo stays) so you will need to buy another one.
