What does the physical/magical reinforce and attack rating determine. Please tell me in detail ... what does it do exactly.
and its already established that the search function is worthless.

Attackrating lets you do damage in the higher ranges. So for instance if your damage is between 1000 - 1500 dmg it lets you do more closer to 1500 dmg.
Physical/Magical reinforce on weapons increases the damage a bit as follows:
Mag. Atk = Mag. attack power + (Int stat * Mag. Reinforce)
Phy. Atk = [Phy. attack power + (Str stat * Phy. Reinforce)] * [1 + weapon mastery/100]
Now THAT is beautifully explained.

Nice one dude.
Now Please explain us ALL other weapon stats/attributes. .. with examples and values
Also, I KNOW that glaive is a physical damage weapon. But when I hit a mob/player with RIVER FIRE FORCE spell active, the damage done is counted as physical damage or magical damage?

STR: How much weight you can lift.
INT: How easy it is to pass a test.
Phy. Atk. How quick you can throw a punch.
Mag. Atk. How quick you can throw a mage.
Phy Bal. How easy it is to fall down.
Mag. Bal. How easy it is to fall down when drunk.
Hit ratio Success of picking up chicks in a bar.
Parry ratio Success of avoiding picking up fat chicks. (hey, you're drunk!)
When you attack someone with river fire on a glaive, you do Falldown damage. Do enough Falldown damage over a short period of time and your opponent will fall down. It's not as powerful as falldown spells though. They go booom, like the dynamite.
Its easier than that
