What lvl u have to be for pvping?
When u die, what happens?

I cant remember what the level restriction for a cape is...10 maybe?

When you die, nothing happens. You dont lose exp, sp, no possibility of losing gear.

how u get into fight?

By getting a cape from the General Shop (i believe, the one where you get void rondos, lucky powders, drugs of typhoon, etc.)

Equip it and away you go.
