I need help!

I'm play SRO along time ago and im making a new account.

What weapon should i start with?
Where are good spots to fight?
Should i become a hunter or thief or trader?
Where should i put my SP?
Should i use ice,lightening, or fire?

please help me out

If you want to start new, I'd recommend a pure str fire glavie. The weapon to start is, obviously, the glavie.
You should use the following trees: Heuksal, Fire, Lightning. Heuksal and fire are main trees. You should max out soul spear, ghost spear, flying dragon, cheolsam force (passive) and maybe chain spear. From fire you need: fire force (imbue), flame body, fire protection and the passive. You should also level fire shield. Equip a shield, activate the fire shield buff then equip your glaive again and the buff stays. You should also level lightning as far as you want, for the grass walk and piercing force. This is where you should put your SP. You can also consider reading up on some SP farming guides and other character build guides.

I'd just explore the game, try a few different charcters. Try Pure int spear and pure str glavie. Make a choice.

+1. Most often your first character will not be your final one as this is your first time playing and you'd want to screw around, see how the game works, and get some gold. Then if your still interested in playing, you could start a serious build, farm some SP, but it'll be a lot easier because you'll already have gold from your first one. Either way, take a look at stickied link with a ton of guides in it in the Characters and Skills forums and choose whichever build sounds the best to you.
